Ingredients

Half

a small green cabbage

vegetable stock cube

carrots

turnips

of potato

OPTIFIBRE® doses

1. Peel all vegetables and cut them into pieces.

2. Plunge the cabbage leaves into a large amount of boiling water for 5 minutes then drain.

3. Pour all the vegetables into a pressure cooker with 1 litre of water and the vegetable stock cube and cook for 30 minutes from when the valve starts to rotate.

4. Add the OPTIFIBRE and blend the mixture. Add the butter.
