In a jar, put the kiwi, cucumber, mint and ginger. Complete with the water and refrigerate.
Put a portion of the water in a glass and then add 1 sachet of OPTIFIBRE, stirring simultaneously to the addition until complete dissolution. Serve.
Culinary tip:
If desired, replace mint branch with rosemary sprig.
