CREAMY CAULIFLOWER CREAM

Ingredients

In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the flour and stir well. Add the Milk at one time and stir until it is thick. Add the cauliflower already cooked and season with the salt and the pepper. In a blender, beat the mixture with OPTIFIBRE® until it forms a homogeneous cream. Serve hot sprinkled with green onions.
