In a blender, beat the pineapple, lemongrass, honey and a half cup of iced water. Strain and add OPTIFIBRE®, stirring simultaneously to the addition until complete dissolution. Serve.
Culinary tip:
- If you wish, substitute lemongrass with mint.
- If desired, beat the pineapple with the lemongrass tea, making an infusion of the leaves.
