a teaspoon mandarin zest |

a cup mandarin juice |

In a small pot, place half a cup of water, the hibiscus flower, cinnamon sticks, mandarin zest and mandarin juice and bring to a boil. Strain and add OPTIFIBRE®, stirring simultaneously to addition until complete dissolution. Serve.
Culinary tip:
- You can drink it hot or cold.
- If desired, replace mandarin zest and juice with orange.
