Ingredients

of strawberries

cherry tomatoes

of mascarpone

4 tbsps

of agave syrup

basil leaves

of poppy seeds

8 tbsps

of plain fromage blanc 40% fat

OPTIFIBRE® doses

1. Mix the mascarpone, fromage blanc, 3 tbsps of agave syrup, the OPTIFIBRE and divide the mixture into 4 soup bowls.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add the last spoonful of agave syrup. Cut the strawberries in two or in four, depending on their size.

3. Divide the tomatoes and strawberries over the fromage blanc and mascarpone mixture.
Add a few quarter slices of lime, the basil leaves and sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
