Granola Yoghurt And Rasperry Coulis

Ingredients

of rolled oats

of raspberries

plain yoghurts

ripe banana

2 tbsps

of honey

200 g

of strawberries

1 tbsp

of black sesame seeds

1 tbsp

of almonds

1 tbsp

of wheat or oat bran

A few

mint leaves

OPTIFIBRE® doses

1. Toast the rolled oats, pour the honey over them and cook until caramelised. Blend the banana with the yoghurts and add the bran. Cut the strawberries into pieces.

2. Blend the raspberries and pass the coulis through a fine sieve. Add the OPTIFIBRE and stir. Divide the banana yoghurts between two plates, then add the strawberries and the caramelised oats. Pour the raspberry coulis over the smoothie bowl and sprinkle with the sesame seeds and chopped almonds.
