Ingredients

melon

100 g

Dark Cooking Chocolate

2 tbsp

corn flakes

OPTIFIBRE® doses

1. Peel the melon and blend it. Set aside in a cool place.

2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave oven for 2 minutes at 500W. Add the corn flakes and the OPTIFIBRE. Stir and then spread them out on a sheet of greaseproof paper. Chill in the fridge for an hour.

3. Divide the melon soup into 4 bowls and then sprinkle with the chocolate cornflakes just before serving.


Culinary tip:
A soup recipe that you can also make with watermelon.
