Ingredients

scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream |
150 ml |
of semi-skimmed UHT milk |
2 tbsps |
of unslated pistachios |

large mango |

OPTIFIBRE® doses |
1. Peel the mango and blend it with the ice cream, OPTIFIBRE and milk. Pour into two large glasses.
2. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios just before serving.
