Ingredients

scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

150 ml

of semi-skimmed UHT milk

2 tbsps

of unslated pistachios

large mango

OPTIFIBRE® doses

1. Peel the mango and blend it with the ice cream, OPTIFIBRE and milk. Pour into two large glasses.

2. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios just before serving.
