Ingredients

of rolled oats

400 ml

of water

200 ml

of semi-skimmed UHT milk

2 tbsps

of honey

1 tbsp

of almonds

1 tbsp

of hazelnuts

2 tbsps

of raisins

OPTIFIBRE® doses

1. Scatter the rolled oats into the water and the OPTIFIBRE, milk with a pinch of salt and the raisins.Cook to thicken on a low heat while stirring constantly.

2. Cut the apple into small dice and moisten with lemon juice. Add them to the rolled oats, add the honey.

3. Divide between two soup bowls. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and almonds.
