Ingredients

orange

pomegranate

of raspberries

2 tbsps

of dried fruit (raisins, prunes, apricots)

OPTIFIBRE® doses

1. Wash and cut the apples and pears into dice. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Peel the orange with a knife to remove the pith then divide into segments.

2. Cut the apricots and prunes in half.

3. Mix all the fruits, add the OPTIFIBRE, stir and set aside in the fridge. Serve well-chilled.
