1. Put the split peas, the bouquet garni, salt and pepper into a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes, from the moment the valve starts to hiss. Add the OPTIFIBRE and stir.
2. Serve the soup, add a tablespoonful of cream to each bowl and sprinkle with parsley.

Sprinkle your recipe with chopped fresh coriander.
