Ingredients

of plain fromage blanc 40 fat

of rolled oats

hazelnuts

of fleur de sel

1. Peel and cut the banana and kiwis into rounds. Peel the orange with a knife to remove the pith then divide into segments. Mix the fromage blanc with the OPTIFIBRE, the chia seeds and honey.

2. Toast the rolled oats with the fleur de sel, add the hazelnuts and chopped almonds. Divide the ingredients evenly in two plates, ensuring they are well separated for an attractive presentation.
