Pate:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Reserve.
Assembly:
Arrange avocado slices on bread, top with pate, garnish with sautéed tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano. Serve next.
Culinary tip:
Stir fry the tomatoes in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Wait until they soften slightly.
