I have a special diet or am already being treated
OptiFibre® is designed for special medical purposes designed for patients with constipation. It should be added to a balanced diet containing plenty of fibre. Fibre is found in wholegrains (brown rice, brown bread, wholegrain cereals, wholewheat pasta, etc.) and in fruit and vegetables. OptiFibre® is not a substitute for an adequate balanced diet.
Given that it contains dietary fibre, it may be recommended to go with a treatment that is causing constipation as a side effect, or a conventional laxative.
Use under medical supervision. Ask your pharmacist for advice.

Can you take OptiFibre® if you’re diabetic?

checked regularly.
I’m pregnant
Because OptiFibre® is natural, it can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women* and this is supported by the CRAT*.
Did you know? 1 in 2 pregnant women experience digestive transit problems. Pregnancy can cause or worsen constipation. During pregnancy, some women can also become more sensitive to taste and smell, which can make them feel nauseous.
OptiFibre® does not affect taste or texture and is scent-free. It can be discreetly added to food, making it easy to take.

This means it can be used when breastfeeding. Use under medical supervision.
