Which is the right format for me?
OptiFibre® comes in 3 different formats:
- A box of 16 x 5 g sachets: a handy, discreet format that’s easy to take with you to the office or when travelling.
- A 125 g box: a format for occasional OptiFibre® use or trying the product out.
- A 250 g box: a value format for regular use.
The 125 g and 250 g boxes contain a scoop.

Yes, OptiFibre® is also available from licensed pharmacies’ websites.
Can I get Optifibre® without a prescription?
OptiFibre® is a food for special medical purposes designed for those with constipation. It is available at many pharmacies and no prescription is needed.
Ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice if you have constipation. They can direct you to a specialist or recommend dietary or lifestyle changes, or OptiFibre® containing 100%-plant-origin partially hydrolysed guar gum.
